Basically a 9mm Italian charm is approximately 3/8 inches in length.  I have compiled a chart to assist you in designing the perfect size bracelet.  The first thing you need to know is the size of your wrist.  there are two simple ways to find this information out.

Here is an approximation chart:

  • 12 links = 4 1/3 inches.
  • 13 links = 4 2/3 inches.
  • 14 links = 5 1/3 inches.
  • 15 links = 5 2/3 inches.
  • 16 links = 6 1/3 inches.
  • 17 links = 6 2/3 inches.
  • 18 links = 7 1/3 inches.
  • 19 links = 7 2/3 inches.
  • 20 links = 8 1/3 inches.
  • 21 links = 8 2/3 inches.
  • 22 links = 9 1/3 inches.
  • 23 links = 9 2/3 inches.

Method one , use a cloth measuring tape to obtain the girth of your wrist.

Method two , use a piece of string to encircle your wrist and then measure the piece of string on a yard stick or measuring tape.  Once you know the size of your wrist, remember you can add or remove a link for a snugger or looser fit.
